Portland City Council may delay vote on Memorial Coliseum finalists
Portland Mayor Sam Adams said Tuesday night he will hash out the current operating agreement for Memorial Coliseum in advance of Thursday's council vote on finalists. The Trail Blazers currently hold operating options on the coliseum, making it difficult for anyone else to make money off the building unless the agreement is changed.
